Fraternal Order of Eagles donates $126K to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s research at Fixel Institute

Earlier this week, a few members of the Fraternal Order of Eagles presented a check for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s research at the Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases at UF Health.

State Worthy President Greg Hall and State Madam President Beth Sapulding-Henschen presented Dr. Michael Okun, the institute’s executive director and the UF College of Medicine’s department of neurology chair, with the check and joined him for a tour of the facility.
