|BethAnn Telford Pediatric Neuro-Oncology Family Support Fund||The Pediatric Neuro-Oncology Family Support Fund was created by the Pediatric Neuro-Oncology care team to help support families of children undergoing brain tumor treatment at UF Health.|
|Corey Brewer Fight Diabetes Fund||Provides environmental support and/or service to pediatric patients with diabetes.|
|Johnny Townsend Fund||Benefits the greatest needs in the pediatric oncology infusion clinic|
|Stevens Clark Memorial Transplant Fund||Supports lung transplant patients at UF Health.|
|The Rachel Fund — Supporting Pediatric Cardiology Patients||Gifts support pediatric cardiology patients.|
|UF Health Cancer Center Patient Assistance||Provides financial assistance to adult and pediatric cancer patients and their caregivers.|
|UF Health Cancer Center Women’s Patient Assistance||Supports women’s cancer patient services.|
|UF Health Mobile Clinic Patient Care||Assists with the cost of providing care to underserved and uninsured patients that are seen by the volunteers and staff of the UF Health Community Outreach Programs.|

|Brianna’s Hope Fund||Supports the Arts in Medicine program.|
|CMN Hospitals at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital||Your contribution allows us to purchase specialized equipment and expand facilities, maintain important hospital experience programs like Child Life, and provide funds for research.|
|ElderCare of Alachua County||Provides direct support for the ElderCare programs such as hot meal deliveries and transportation assistance.|
|Footprints Buddy Program||Program offers one-on-one support to PICU kids infant to 12 years old by partnering them with a University of Florida student volunteer who serves as their “buddy”.|
|LifeQuest Organ Recovery Service||Donations enhance services we offer to our donor families, including providing outreach materials, coordinating our memorial-quilt project and hosting our annual celebration of life ceremony.|
|Partners in Adolescent Lifestyle Support (PALS) Program||Supports peer counseling in local high schools for social issues, such as bullying.|
|Patient and Family Resources Program||Supports emergency patient care needs.|
|UF Health Florida Recovery Center||Provides valuable funding to support treatment, advocacy, education and research for individuals and family members who seek recovery from addiction.|
|UF Health Proton Therapy Institute — Helping Hands||Helps patients with non-medical related expenses while undergoing proton therapy.|
|UF Health Proton Therapy Institute — Homes 4 Hodgkin’s||Assists with housing costs and other expenses for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma patients at the UF Health Proton Therapy Institute.|

|James Howard Memorial Scholarship||The Jim Howard Memorial Scholarship Fund is established solely to provide education scholarships for EMS personnel.|
|UF Health Shands Pediatric Nursing Professional Development||Your contribution will be used to help fund ongoing education for pediatric nursing staff.|
