Thanks to your continued support and generosity toward Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital, UF Health has purchased 10 Linet Tom 2 devices.
The Tom 2 is an electrically powered, adjustable bed designed for preschool children. The bed possesses side rail access, so parents and nursing staff can care for the patient, as well as transparent ends, allowing for a pediatric patient to stay engaged with his/her surroundings. Plus, the Tom 2 has removable bed ends and a patient monitoring system, including an exit alarm.
