After a five-hour drive north, the team from 99.5 La Ley at Glades Media, one of our community partners in the West Palm Beach area, walked through our children’s hospitals’ doors to meet families and see the impact created through their annual Radiothon.
The 99.5 La Ley at Glades Media Hispanic Radiothon is a two-day fundraising event for CMN Hospitals at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital.
CMN Hospitals-funded items run the gamut, from support for the Child Life and Arts in Medicine programs to a newly renovated infusion center, chairs in the NICU, Berlin Hearts and even interactive toys to teach commands and emotions to cancer patients over the age of three.
