UF Health Annual Giving
UF Health is Florida’s only academic health care system and treats patients from across the state. We are committed to improving health and quality of life for the individuals and the communities we serve. We are continually exploring ways to enhance our health care system to serve patients for decades to come.
The UF Health Annual Giving program is a new and exciting way to make a difference in the lives of patients across the state of Florida and the United States. By making a gift to UF Health, you are helping to provide our growing patient population with the most technologically advanced care available today. Your gift supports the most current and urgent needs of our academic health center.
Because of our dedicated donors, we have already made great strides toward a healthier world. Help us continue this journey by supporting the important work we do each and every day.
Bridging the Gaps
We cannot do it alone. Invest in our patients’ lives.
On average, it costs $17,500 to treat one patient. Along with caring for the hardest-to-treat patients, UF Health handles the region’s greatest share of uninsured and government-sponsored patients. In 2012, UF Health provided $100,000,000 in charity care and community programs. That is why philanthropy matters. That is why we need your help.
Applying the very latest in technology and innovative health care.
At UF Health, we work tirelessly to improve human health and well-being. Researchers, physicians and scientists collaborate to make advancements that will change the face of medicine as we know it – now and in the future.
Building our Future
With a growing patient population, our need for state-of-the-art equipment, innovative research and specialized programs continues to grow. Your donations help to ensure that UF Health’s most urgent needs are met – whether it is expanding our services to new locations or supporting families facing financial and emotional difficulties due to their child’s hospitalization. Each and every one of these needs are predominantly supported by private donations.
