About the Campaign

Raising Hope at Work for Babies is the 2013 employee campaign which educates Shands employees of the important work UF&Shands is doing, and helps make a difference in the lives of our patients through monetary donations. Money raised will support the renovation of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.  The goal for the employee campaign is $125,000 over the next year. 

Every day there are expectant mothers who had a healthy pregnancy – and their child still needs to be cared for in the NICU. With the additional space this renovation will provide, we will be able to serve the baby, as well as the family as a whole. The NICU will provide a safe high-quality environment where we can expand life-saving care specifically for babies.
