How We Learn: New Medical Education Building

The UF College of Medicine enters an exciting new chapter in our history as we chart our future with a revised curriculum and a renewed commitment to providing exceptional educational experiences for our learners. Our ambition to reach the top of American medical education depends on three specific priorities:

  • A new medical education facility that matches our premier program
  • Increased scholarship support for medical students, residents and fellows
  • Building faculty endowment to assure continued excellence

The Senior Recreation Center serves as an active focal point where seniors can socialize, access services, participate in fun and educational activities, volunteer and stay generally engaged with their peers and the broader community.  This enhanced community connectedness has an immediate and significant impact on today’s seniors – and an ongoing impact on tomorrow’s need for long-term care.
