Swamp Dash & Bash – Getting Muddy for a Cause

Don’t miss out on the Inaugural Swamp Dash & Bash on Saturday, November 12, 2011 in Gainesville, FL. We will be “gettin’ muddy for a cause” for Children’s Miracle Network at Shands Hospital for Children at University of Florida. The Dash is designed to challenge your strength and stamina as you maneuver over and under the craziest obstacles you’ve ever faced and the muddiest you’ve ever been.

Why just run a race when you can climb, jump, crawl and mud your way to pushing the boundaries of your own physical endurance? The Swamp Dash & Bash is the most challenging mud race around, with miles of challenging hurdles, and plenty of mud to push your limits. The Gainesville dash will be a 4 mile, 15 obstacle mud run. The course that you will be running is none like you have experienced in Florida. You will experience elevation changes of over four hundred feet.

You work hard, so play even harder with our post-race bash, complete with live music, BBQ and beer! The Swamp Dash & Bash is the toughest obstacle course race around – and the only one raising mondo funds for Shands Hospital for Children at UF, your local Children’s Miracle Network. Hospital The only thing you have to prove is your own willingness to finish.
